Bookings

A booking is confirmed once scope and a 40% advance payment are received. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.

Video shooting & editing

Video shooting is only offered bundled with editing — we do not offer shoot-only services. Deliverables and turnaround are agreed before the shoot; additional revisions or formats beyond what was agreed may be quoted separately.

Social Media Management

Social Media Management is a monthly recurring service covering content posting, page management and profile optimisation. It does not include content creation beyond what’s agreed, and is billed monthly in advance.

Website Development

Website Development is a one-time build; domain and hosting are billed separately and are not included. SEO is not included in Website Development and is not currently offered as a standalone service.

Usage rights

Delivered videos and photos are licensed to the client for their own marketing use. VisGrow may use shoot material in its own portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

Drone shoots are subject to weather, location and DGCA regulatory approval and may need to be rescheduled for reasons outside our control.
